On the second day, 24 September, a meeting of the Steering Committee was held, followed by a presentation on the Mondragon cooperative model. On the final day, 25 September, Dr Josu Galarza presented the perspective of Dual Higher Education in engineering, while representatives of UNIBASQ (the Quality Assurance Agency) discussed the legal framework and the quality assurance framework for the dual higher education model.
Representing the project team of the University Business Academy in Novi Sad, Prof. Milena Galetin, PhD, and Prof. Marijana Mladenov, PhD took part in the study visit.
DUALBA is a Category 3 Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) project aimed at supporting Albania—classified as a third country not participating fully in the Erasmus Program—in its efforts to introduce dual education within its higher education system. The project seeks to address socioeconomic needs and ensure structural improvements and innovation in the higher education sector.
