The commitment of the Faculty of Law for Commerce and Judiciary in Novi Sad to continuous quality improvement and modernization of teaching and non-teaching processes is an underlying principle which directs our efforts to provide our students with the most advanced skills and competencies and thus prepare them for their successful careers. By your decision to enroll in any of the study levels at the Faculty of Law for Commerce and Judiciary in Novi Sad, you have chosen to continuously work on your own development, improvement and to strive for success, because our absolute priority is to turn you into experts and future leaders in your chosen fields of interest. Besides that, we always try to help our students develop the so-called “soft skills”, which, coupled with the right professional competencies, provide our students with a solid basis for a successful career start. Our professors have a proactive and interactive approach to teaching and, while passing on the knowledge to students, they also discuss and exchange opinions with them on a variety of different topics. This helps our students choose the right path for them, in line with their interests and abilities.

We also pay attention to the amount of mandatory readings, examination criteria and other course requirements, as we do not want to put too much pressure on our students. The theoretical knowledge must be accompanied by practical classes and real-life examples, as practice is not a matter of one’s own choice, but a necessity in the modern concept of studying. Therefore, we organize internship for our students in the High and Basic Courts of Justice in Novi Sad, public prosecutor’s offices, as well as in numerous business organizations. Our Faculty also organizes the competition in public speaking and oratory skills, moot court and competitions in different areas of law, such as: international humanitarian law, anti-discrimination law, specialist courses, foreign language courses, sports and recreation programs, study trips, student excursions etc. The young need to have the most adequate learning environment, as that is one of the necessary requirements for a happy, fulfilled and successful student life. The young should give their best to become fully accomplished in all aspects of life, to find fulfillment in their jobs and develop themselves in every segment during studies. Life-long education and multidisciplinary orientation are a must since the time passes so quickly, and the youth and energy should be used to their maximum potentials.

Our graduates are satisfied and proud to have graduated from our faculty. They have no problem finding a job after graduation, which is extremely important given the tough competition in the today’s labor market. Our goal is to create generations of graduates fully prepared for the bar exam, career life and professional challenges that lie ahead.

The so-far accomplishments of the Faculty of Law for Commerce and Judiciary in Novi Sad, as well as our students’ successes, represent a guarantee of your successful careers as future masters and doctors of law. Of course, we will still continue doing our best to justify our long standing reputation and retain the same quality level, while providing students with the most advanced, comprehensive and, above all, functional knowledge. That is the only way we can help them become young professionals capable of tackling any challenge.

Finally, I would like to emphasize that our students’ satisfaction always comes first. Therefore, it is our constant task to justify the choice you have made and live up to your expectations. Our mission is accomplished only if our students are completely satisfied!
