This study visit was the first of its kind planned within the framework of the project’s second work package and was designed to provide participants with a deeper understanding of how dual education is structured and implemented in Austria.

During the visit, project participants were introduced to the operational model and implementation of dual higher education at FH Joanneum by university faculty and students, as well as by representatives from companies actively involved in the dual education system.

The University Business Academy in Novi Sad was represented by the project manager, Assistant Professor Dr. Milena Galetin.

DUALBA is a Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) project under category 3, aimed at supporting Albania—a third country not fully participating in the Erasmus+ program—in addressing its socioeconomic needs by introducing dual education within its higher education system. The project seeks to enable structural improvements and foster innovation across the sector.
