Business academy was founded in year 2000 as a labor of late Prof. Dr Slavko Carić with the aim to educate top-of-the-line personnel in the fields of law and economy, who are capable of solving complex problems that emerge in the domestic market, and also to be prepared for the challenges that our economy and market is expected to present in the following years of high-speed reconstruction of domestic economy and justice system.

Ministry for high and higher education of the Republic of Serbia issued a license, number 612-00-555/2000-04, for founding of Business academy, while inspections responsible have established that all demands have been met for the Business academy to begin the planed educational programs.
