THE  POLICY  OF  QUALITY

Our basic purpose is to give the students, through an interaction of research work and educational service, the high-quality knowledge applying an effective communication. We are giving the students a wide, flexible spectrum of high-quality programmes concerning basic, gradual and doctoral studies. Through the continual professional development and research we create an ethical and dynamic educational community, which is, as a team, focused on a constant improvement of the quality of the educational process.

First of all, the main orientation is to satisfy the user`s needs as well as the needs and requests of other concerned sides. In doing both research and educational work, the Faculty is coordinated with the valid High Education Law of Republic of Serbia, and it tends to much wider coordination with the processes of the European integration of high education.

The Faculty quality system is based and applied in a harmony with the international standard of ISO 9001: 2008.

The goals of providing quality refer to a constant improvement of quality in teaching, research and management spheres being harmonized with the demands of the quality evaluation standard of high educational and research institutions.

In the realization of the policy of quality, the Faculty cooperates with its users as well as with other faculties and institutions both in the country and abroad.

The policy of quality is in the service of the defined purpose of the Faculty. The Faculty Management has made a commitment to implement and improve the established system of the quality management as well as to ensure that the policy has been understood and accepted by all employees.

The right and duty of all employees is to implement the policy of quality, then to improve the system of the quality management, and, through their work, to make a name for themselves and the Faculty itself.

The system of the Faculty quality management is described in the Regulations for the conduct of quality.

The Commission for quality and the Manager of quality as well as the representatives of management are responsible for controlling and giving information about this policy and its being implemented.

THE  SYSTEM  OF  QUALITY  MANAGEMENT

Providing quality is one of demands of the current reform of the educational system in Serbia, and its realization represents a prerequisite condition for the inclusion of our high educational institutions into the European educational system.

Another approval of the quality of our doing business is the system of quality management being coordinated with the demands of ISO 9001: 2008 proved by the certificate of the British certificate board known as ISOQAR with the number of certificate 6974QMS001.

Coordination with this international standard is a proof that we have an efficient system of quality management which ensures the fact that our Faculty constantly gives and improves its educational service in a controlled, organized, documented, systematical, directed and standardized way.
